I had a similar experience recently with opening my own scriptures to a passage that I knew was meant especially for me. I never agonized over the fate of my family. But I wish that others hadn't imposed their agenda on this book shame on you, Wayne Dyer. I kept picking it up and putting it back on the shelf. Anyway, I think that this should be required reading. The Rwandan genocide is a difficult subject to read about, but if you read no other book about it, I'd recommend this one. Left to Tell is the true and horribly detailed account of a tremendous evil that left over klibagiza million dead--most of them chopped to death with machetes by their own friends and neighbors at the urging of the government, while the United States and the rest of the civilized world ot nothing.

It's sadly ironic that some people see proof that there is no God when they consider the evil manifest in the Rwandan holocaust. She recognized their voices. We all must learn to forgive. If someone comes into my home intending to do my family harm, then it's on.
I couldn't put this book down from the moment I started it. From what I have been told it is mildly graphic and horrific as she describes the massacre of her own family and the lefg I immaculre to be honest, I don't really want to read this book because it hurts my heart too much. Immaculee's faith has been tested throughout the whole book but it isn't until the end where it is truly tested.
